By using this website and purchasing from Scenthaus, you agree to the following terms.

Products
SCENTHAUS sells two ranges: an Inspired By collection of independently-blended fragrance interpretations, and SCENTHAUS Exclusif, our original in-house signatures. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands referenced for scent comparison in the Inspired By collection.

Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Limitation of liability
SCENTHAUS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
